Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag and hygiene sticker intact.

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. 

 International: We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected at when you place your order

Cancelations are possible before the order is processed or if you do not receive your package within the shipping timeframe. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
