  • How long is the shipping time for orders?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for items to arrive.  


As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product. Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking might not be available. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you haven't received a tracking number after seven days, please email us at info@miklahfashion.com


IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

  • There is an error on my order, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you received is not what you expected. If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, send us a pic. and we’ll give you a refund. Please fill out our contact form or email  customer service at helpdesk@miklahfashion.com to get a replacement at no additional costs.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancelations are possible before the order is processed or if you do not receive your package within the shipping timeframe. 


Sometimes late delivery orders are still in transit. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

  • Can I get a refund?

Yes, our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag and hygiene sticker intact.
