The MiKlah Fashion VIP Rewards program membership is open to individuals in the 48 contiguous United States at least 18 years of age who provide and maintain a valid email address. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older and by using this program you agree that you have read and agree to all the rules of this program. You specifically agree to provide and maintain a valid email address and to keep MiKlahFashion informed of any changes to your email address. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. By participating in the MiKlahFashion VIP Rewards Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from MiKlah Scrubs, LLC.As a member of the MiKlahFashion VIP Rewards program you will receive points, which are subject to change at any time. To accumulate points for purchases, you must create a MiKlahFashion VIP Rewards account. Points have no cash value.
The MiKlahFashion VIP Rewards program is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at Miklah Scrubs, LLC discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
Once you redeem your points for a qualifying product and the product has shipped, the product is yours. This action renders the points redeemed and these redeemed points will not be reinstated. Points are only redeemable for select MiKlahFashion products online. Points expire after three years of inactivity of the membership account. It is the sole responsibility of the MiKlahFashion VIP Rewards program member to check the accuracy of the quantity of their points and ensure that only eligible products are submitted. Not all products purchased qualify for reward points. Bonus points may be available from time to time for the purchase of specific products and or promotions. If a VIP Rewards member is purchasing for a company, an authorized corporate officer of the company must submit a letter of approval for member to acquire VIP Rewards point for the company on an official company letterhead and signed.
